Our commitment to health & safety
The safety of third parties and the general public are paramount and we never take this responsibility lightly. We employ an independent, scaffold specific, health and safety consultancy company, JS Safety Associates, to ensure that we have up to date advice and assistance.
We produce method statements and risk assessments specific to each project to ensure public safeguarding is integrated into our operations before work commences.
Training is at the heart of our commitment to continuous improvement. Training matrices are reviewed and updated on an on-going basis to ensure that every employee is able to continually improve their skills and knowledge of safety through in-house courses and professional training organisations.
Our own programme includes regular toolbox talks that cover all aspects of scaffolding and health and safety awareness, first aid courses, fire marshal training and asbestos awareness. All operatives are trained to the required level approved by CISRS.
